Laktóz kalauz is a bilingual helper web app for people who want fast, practical support in everyday lactose-related decisions.

The core experience is simple: find food items quickly, choose a sensitivity profile, and get a clear tablet suggestion with transparent assumptions.

Technical background

The project runs as a static, multi-page HU/EN site with SEO-focused metadata and structured data. Search is handled by a dedicated API endpoint, while user state is synchronized between localStorage and URL parameters for easy sharing.

Affiliate and routing model

Affiliate traffic is routed through /go/... links with a Cloudflare Worker layer, host allowlisting, campaign tagging, and fallback handling, so outbound links stay measurable and controlled.

Current status

The main flow is stable and ready for daily use. Substitute recommendations are already integrated in the interface, with selected partner links intentionally left inactive until final mapping is completed.
