On-demand roadside assistance platform

PrimeTrailer was inspired by my own field experience: combining my time as a courier with part-time roadside assistance revealed how fragmented the process can be for both drivers and crews. The vision is a simple, modern bridge that connects stranded drivers with available, vetted partners quickly, transparently, and reliably.

The platform helps drivers request help in seconds, see a live ETA, and complete a secure payment. Rescue partners can manage availability and jobs on a live dashboard, while an internal admin interface oversees partners, requests, and high-level reports. A key principle is transparency: customer, partner, and admin share the same real-time status updates, so everyone sees a consistent picture.

Market gap: drivers often don't know whom to call, what the price will be, or when help arrives; partners lack a unified, digital workflow. PrimeTrailer's answer: a clear customer journey, live coordination for partners, and an admin layer that keeps the network healthy and accountable.
