Turczer Things is a cinematic personal-brand landing for Turczer József that feels more like a curated story than a typical listing site — a premium showcase for Buda luxury and new-build homes.

The single-page structure moves from hero and about into featured listings, video, and a clear sales process, keeping the focus on trust and fast contact.

Design and build highlights include a dark luxury palette with subtle red accents, bold typography, GSAP intro, scroll-reveal motion, a film-grain noise canvas, and an optional "Upside" mood toggle built for GitHub Pages.
